This is our 21st NCCCSPA Annual Conference, and we look forward to having you and your company involved in our celebration. Our theme this year is "Creating Connections" with a focus on connecting with our students, our colleges, and each other to be the best educators we can be.
A sponsorship of the 2021 NCCCSPA Annual Conference will allow you and your organization to:

Sponsorship Opportunities
We have several different opportunities to sponsor the 2021 NCCCSPA Annual Conference!
All sponsorships include:
Choose your favorite from the options below, and be sure to sign up for the Sponsor Spotlight session as well. It is being offered for free this year and gives you a chance to interact without other programming occurring in the room.
All sponsorships include:
- A table provided for you during the Thursday and Friday conference meeting days. The table will be in the main conference room, and attendees will be able to interact with you during breaks. This will also give you the opportunity to watch our conference session and interactions.
- Free admission to the Sponsor Spotlight session on Thursday afternoon of the conference. This session will be held after our regular programming has ended for the day, and will give you access to the main conference room for two hours to interact with our attendees, provide a short presentation, or share resources in another format. The sponsors will use the room simultaneously, but are welcome to set up a special corner or small presentation. You are also welcome to provide refreshments or anything else that you would like to arrange. We will be happy to work with you to develop your plan.
- Access to the benefits of utilizing the conference discount on accommodations at the conference hotel, and be invited to join us for our welcome session cocktail hour on Wednesday evening and group lunch on Thursday during the conference.
- A listing in the program, on our registration site, and on signage at the conference to share your generosity with our members.
