The North Carolina Community College Sociology and Psychology Association is inviting sponsorship of our annual conference each Fall and/or our virtual conference each Spring. Your support helps us to provide quality professional development, networking, and enrichment to the sociology and psychology faculty of the North Carolina Community College System. Our sponsors help us achieve our mission of promoting communication and cooperation, addressing policy issues, providing professional development, and supporting effective teaching. Our faculty are dedicated to supporting our students and providing the highest quality learning experiences, and gathering each year helps us to do that.

Events and Sponsorship Options
NCCCSPA Annual Conference
The NCCCSPA Annual Conference is a chance for community college sociology and psychology educators, as well as other interested parties, to gather for in-person collaboration and professional development. Our members represent all 58 community colleges in North Carolina, and our conference grows in popularity each year. As a sponsor, you will have the opportunity to be in the event space while the conference is happening, allowing our attendees to interact with you during breaks. In addition, we invite you to participate in our Rapid Roundtables program that is a two-hour rotational program during which attendees spend 30 minutes at each station. This is a chance for small group interactions and highlighting of products and educational topics.
In addition to the sponsorship fee, we ask all sponsors to provide a minimum of two door prizes valued at ~$20 for our attendees. We award door prizes throughout the conference. All sponsors choosing Patron, Partner, or President's Circle sponsorship levels will be welcome to use our discounted hotel rates at the conference hotel. Please see the Accommodations tab in the Conference Information section below for instructions.

Our NCCCSPA Spring Virtual Conference was created as a way to stay connected to our members throughout the year and to provide continued professional development and collaboration opportunities. This is a smaller-scale event than our in-person conferences, but no less important to our mission.
The event is hosted on Zoom, and is an interactive single-day event. We invite sponsors to support our efforts to connect community college educators with knowledge and resources to provide the best learning experiences for learners.
Sponsorship benefits for this event include branding and acknowledgement throughout the event. We will provide contact information to allow our attendees to reach out to you after the event, and will be happy to distribute electronic handouts or resources. A representative from your company is invited to attend, and we will happily direct questions from our attendees to you.
