The NCCCSPA Story
The NCCCSPA was formed on March 23, 1999 at the closing session of the North Carolina Community College Psychology/Sociology Curriculum Improvement Project in Southern Pines, North Carolina.
The purpose of the NCCCSPA is to promote communication and cooperation among NC sociology and psychology faculty, to address issues and policies of interest to these disciplines, to provide opportunities for professional and career development, and to support effective teaching.

JOINING NCCCSPA
Current, future, and retired instructors of Sociology or Psychology in the North Carolina Community College System can join NCCCSPA by submitting the applicable membership dues below and then completing the membership application. Once your payment has been submitted, you will be redirected to the application. We will review your application as quickly as possible and send your membership documentation to the email address you provide within the application.
Membership terms are one year. An annual membership is included in the cost of each Annual Conference and Virtual Conference registration fee. If you connect with us, you have joined with us!
