The fourth NCCCSPA conference was regrettably cancelled, due to the
State of North Carolina's budget crisis. It was to have been held in Southern
Pines, NC, on November 8-9, 2002. The fifth NCCCSPA Conference will feature all of
the events that the 2002 Conference was supposed to... and more!
